“Hiring: Live-In Female LSA + Househelp
Supporting a x year-old child with autism at school and at home, assisting with homework/household work.
These roles often combine LSA duties + nanny/househelp responsibilities, and sometimes expect relocation or live-in arrangements.
We would like to open a respectful discussion within our LSA community:
⭐ Do you feel it is fair to combine an LSA role with nanny/househelp duties?
⭐ What expectations do you believe are reasonable or unreasonable?
⭐ Would you personally accept such a role? Why or why not?
